1. Platform Purpose
RP Network is a platform for roleplay creators, communities, and viewers to publish, discover, watch, and engage with server-based video content, livestreams, clips, and creator media.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RP Network, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account, login access, and activity that happens under your profile. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
4. Creator Content
Creators may upload and publish content they own or have permission to share. You may not upload stolen, infringing, illegal, or misleading content. You remain responsible for your uploads, thumbnails, descriptions, and any linked server information.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not abuse the platform, harass others, impersonate creators, manipulate voting, exploit bugs, distribute malware, publish hateful or unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or server data.
6. Server Listings and Connections
RP Network may display community-submitted server information and direct-connect links. We do not guarantee the safety, uptime, quality, or conduct of any third-party server. Joining a server is at your own discretion.
7. Moderation and Removal
RP Network may remove content, suspend access, restrict accounts, or take moderation action when content or behavior violates these terms, platform rules, or legal requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
The RP Network platform, branding, layouts, and original site features belong to RP Network unless otherwise stated. Users keep ownership of their own eligible content, but grant RP Network a limited right to display, promote, and distribute that content on the platform.
9. No Guarantee of Availability
The platform may change, pause, or go offline at any time. Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
RP Network is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, RP Network is not liable for lost revenue, content loss, creator disputes, server issues, or damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
